O perfil dos côndilos e glenóides é o seguinte: Os côndilos formam duas proeminências convexas em ambas as direções e são alongados de frente para trás. O côndilo interno diverge mais do que o externo e também é mais estreito. A face externa da tróclea é mais proeminente do que a interna. O raio de curvatura das superfícies condilares é uniforme.
