What are the three main characteristics of cultural anthropology?

1) Cultural anthropology studies the distinctive characteristics of the behavior of individuals belonging to the same culture, considered as an irreducible totality to another. It pays attention to discontinuities (temporal, but especially spatial), highlighting the originality of everything we owe to the society to which we belong. 2) It conducts this research from direct observation of the behavior of individuals, as they develop in interaction with the group and the environment in which these individuals are born and grow. 3) Finally, cultural anthropology studies the social in its evolution, particularly from the perspective of processes of contact, diffusion, interaction, and acculturation, that is, the adoption (or imposition) of the norms of a culture by others.
