What are the functions of the buttons presented in the toolbar of the Outlook program?
New Memo (New Message)
Reply to Sender

The New Memo button opens the window for creating a new message and subsequent sending.
The Reply to Sender button is clicked if you want to reply to the Sender of the selected message in the message panel.
The Reply to All button is clicked to reply to everyone who received the message to be answered (if the sender sent it to someone other than you).
The Forward button resends a mail message to another recipient.
The Print button prints the selected message.
The Delete button sends the selected message to the TRASH folder. If the folder is already this one, the message is permanently deleted.
The Send/Receive button sends all messages that are in the Outbox and requests the receipt of all messages that are in the mailbox on the server.
