1) When I was a kid I loved to help my mom bake cakes and cookies. My favorite was
gingerbread cookies that we made in the shape of little men. We prepared and rolled the dough,
and then we cut it in the shape of little men. The cookies baked quickly, but I was always so
anxious to eat them that I watched them in the oven ___ the time they were baking. ___ the little
