Progr.: A disciplina "Modelos farmacocinéticos de infusão alvo-controlada com fármacos anestésicos" visa estudar técnicas de anestesia venosa e sedação, em modelos clínicos e experimentais, por meio do conhecimento da farmacocinética e farmacodinâmica dos fármacos com o auxílio do computador, visando a manutenção de concentrações plasmáticas dos anestésicos e sedativos em níveis pré-determinados, com a finalidade de manutenção da estabilidade anestésica e sedativa e aumento da segurança e da qualidade em anestesiologia.
