Writing a formal email/letter 
 
Good morning dear, I am writing this correct email due to an error in my delivery 
of the package. Below are the details I found. First of all, when reviewing the 
product's cardboard, I noticed several tears on the outside, it seemed that 
someone had already opened it, which seems disrespectful to me since the 
product is supposed to arrive completely sealed. Also, when I opened the 
cardboard I found that it had been tampered with, had some stained pieces and 
other pieces were broken in some corners. Finally, the assistant who contacted 
me through the website used unfriendly language when giving me directions. 
These would be the reasons why I sent you this email, hoping for a timely 
response from you. I request in the kindest way possible a full refund of the
