Part 1 – Small talk
	Interviewer: Hello Ms. _____ I’m Bob Smith. Thanks so much for coming in.
	Interviewee: It’s my pleasure, thanks so much for meeting with me.
	Interviewer: Of course. Did you have any trouble finding the office?
	Interviewee: Not at all. I live near here.

	Interviewee: It was great! We celebrated my Mom’s birthday. 
	
	Interviewer: How are you doing?

Tell me about yourself
	I’m Laizy. I’m 25 years old. I’m from Brazil, Minas Gerais .But I live in Plainville for 10 months with my husband. I’ve been working with house cleaning since I got here. And at the moment I’ve been studying English for 5 months. In Brazil I graduated in financial management but I didn’t work in the area because after graduation I came to the US. I have 7 years of experience working as a saleperson and a manager. In my previous job, I was responsible for stocking shelves, organizing product displays and assisting customers when needed.
What are your strengths? 
	I’m very organized, responsible and punctual.
	I Know how to use a computer.
	I have good communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
	I learn things easily. 
	 I work well in a team.
	I have seven years of experience in customer service and sales.
