WOLVERINE 2024 COWL NOTES
1. Please refer to my YouTube tutorial. You can find it by searching “PropWay Wolverine 
Helmet” on YouTube.
2. THIS TEMPLATE IS INTENDED FOR EVA FOAM (NOT CARDBOARD). EVA foam bends 
and flexes much differently than cardboard and will allow for connecting in ways that will be 
difficult for cardboard. Feel free to try cardboard, but it may not look like the final product 
shown in my video.
3. The template is intended to be printed on US Letter size paper (8.5” x 11”).
4. The template at 100% scale is intended to fit a 22.5” circumference head. If your head size 
is different, you will need to scale the percentage up or down. 
• For example, if your head size is 23.5” circumference:
• (Your head size) divided by 22.5 = 23.5 / 22.5 = 1.044
• 1.044 x 100% = 104.4% or approximately 105%
• This means if you have a 23.5” head size, you need to scale your template to 105% in 
your printer settings before printing.
5. The template shows the labels of each piece and which piece needs to also be mirrored 
and cut out. Refer to the YouTube tutorial for additional help!
