melai sheels and wire nelling, one can produce lhe required shapes 
by bending Ihem wilh lhe hands, plaslering already lormed pieces 
logelher or inserling half-culs lo rnake lhe bend and Ihen adding 
heal. 
Here I will explain how lo design a plywood ehair wilh lhe use of 
slyrene paper and Kenl paper. Inseri many halfculs on lhe back of 
lhe paper. Plywood is conslrucled by piling many layers 01 single 
plales up wilh lhe aid 01 a bonding agen l and Ihen adding pressure
