Practice the following strokes with your pencil:
Downstrokes - Exert quite a bit of pressure to your pencil to create thick downstrokes between each pair of slant lines below.
Upstrokes - Exert minimal pressure to your pencil to create thin upstrokes between each pair of slant lines below.
Horizontal Strokes - Exert minimal pressure to your pencil to create thin horizontal strokes in the boxes below.
Practice the following drills with your pencil. First, trace over the gray drills, then continue drawing the drills on 
your own.
Practice the following letters with your pencil. First, observe the letter on the left. Next, trace over the gray letter 
on the right. Then, draw your own letter. For details about exactly how to form each letter, you can reference 
the Janet Style worksheet set.
