1. Main changes in IG-6.2.2 
Repairs 
 
• If the setpoint Horn timeout was set to 0s, output Horn did not switch on at all. Present situation is 
that if the setpoint Horn timeout is set to 0s, output Horn is switched on until reset is done. 
• MINT application: When SysStart/Stop was switched On/Off and binary input MCB feedback was 
closed, delays (SysAMFstrtDel and SysAMFstpDel) were the same like in case of open MCB 
feedback (it means defined by setting of the parameters SysAMFstrtDel and SysAMFstpDel). Now, 
delays are 1s when MCB feedback is closed. 
• In the SSB application MainsReturn timer was not displayed. It has been repaired. 
• In the SPM applicatin did not work binary input GCB Disable. It has been repaired. 
• Modified VAr Sharing control loop for better performance. 
 
2. Main changes in IG-6.2.1 
 
Repairs 
• If the Vgen fail binary output is configured and is activated then despite of the fact that the activation 
reason has disappeared, the binary output stayed active. Even after fault reset, the output stayed 
active, and there was no alarm indication. This has been repaired in IG-6.2.1. 
• The sensor characteristic for NI 100 has been repaired. 
• In the MINT application when the power management system (PMS) is not switched on (modes 
MAN, SEM; or AUT mode without the dongle) and the transition from multiple island to mains parallel 
occurs (MCB is closed), the requested gen-set power has been for a short time (100 ms) equal to 
the nominal power. After the period of 100 ms the requested power changed to the correct value. 
This behaviour has been repaired. 
• There was no record to the history in the case of “Sd Stop Fail” failure.

• If the time adjusted in the Engine params:AfterCool time set point was longer than 655 s, the real 
time was equal to AfterCool time mod 655 s. For example, if set to 900 s, the actual after cooling 
period has been 900 – 655 = 245 s. The screen timer was still counting down even if the binary 
output has already been de-energised. This has been repaired in IG-6.2.1. 
 
 
 
3. Main changes in IG-6.2 
 
New features 
• Fault reset activation is recorded into History. 
• The derivative factor setpoints of control loops (e.g. Sync/Load Ctrl: Load der) have been removed. 
• Engine params: Cooling Speed = NOMINAL / IDLE 
If NOMINAL was chosen, the engine runs at nominal speed during cooling and the voltage and 
frequency protections of the generator are active. If IDLE was chosen, the engine runs at idle speed 
(Idle/Nominal output open) during cooling and generator protections are not active. 
• New item in the Engine params: Fuel solenoid setpoint – DIESEL-ADV. When selected, the Fuel 
solenoid binary output is activated 1s before Starter is engaged. 
• New setpoint Sync/Load ctrl: SpeedGovLowLim - the low limit of output voltage for SRO output. 
• MINT application: If the GCB is open, the LED indication of the bus state is done with 1s delay. If 
GCB is closed, the LED indication is delayed according to the generator protections’ delays. 
• The upper limit of the Pwr management: #NextStopDel setpoint is extended up to 10 hours 
(36000s). 
• The common upper limit of the Engine params: Min stab time and Engine params: Max stab time 
setpoints is extended up to max. 3600s. 
• The upper limit of the Basic settings: Nomin power setpoint is extended up to 10000kW. 
• In the case of cranking with no sensing of engine speed at RPM input, cranking is continuing up to 
5s (2s in previous versions). This time can be limited by Engine params: MaxCrank time, if set to 
lower value than 5s. 
• The prelubrication function is added with the following Engine params setpoints and binary output: 
 
Setpoints: 
Prelubr time [s] 
Time of closing of the PRELUBR PUMP binary output. Function is active all the time the engine is 
not running. Prelubrication is periodically repeated. 
Step: 1s 
Range: 0 – 3600 s 
Prelubr pause [min] 
Interval between prelubrications. 
Step: 1 minute 
Range: 1 – 3000 min 
Hint: 
To use Prelubrication, configure Binary output PRELUBR PUMP first. 
Prelubrication is disabled in InteliGen OFF mode or when Prelubr time is set to zero. 
When engine is running, PRELUBR PUMP binary output is open. 
Prelubrication starts Prelubr pause after engine stops. 
Prelubrication starts immediately when InteliGen power supply is switched on or when mode 
changes from OFF to MAN or AUT or when Emergency stop is reset from Alarm list - . 
 
Binary output: 
Prelubr pump 
The output periodically closes for Prelubrication time and opens for PrelubricationPause.

• The upper limit of the AutoMains fail: EmergStart del is extended up to 6000s. 
• The IMACS object is added for Modbus communication. It contains all controller values in the same 
order as can be viewed via WinEdit / Generate cfg image function. 
• The lower limit of the Gener protect: EarthFaultCurr setpoint is extended down to 0%. If Gener 
protect: EarthFaultCurr = 0%, the earth fault current protection is disabled. 
 
 
Repairs 
• Internal terminal: When the user was editing a negative five-digit number and it was changed to a 
negative four-digit number then there was still the fifth digit displayed at the end of the number. 
• When the ProcessControl: Load ctrl PtM = BASE LOAD was chosen the Peak shaving function did 
not work in SPtM application. 
• When the Peak Stop occurred, the history record was written as “Gen set stop” so the user did not 
know the correct reason of engine stop. The history record is modified as “GenSet PKstop” now. 
• At the Chinese version of IG firmware the reset or freeze of the controller could occur. It was caused 
by incorrect shortening of history items.
