My secular study as well as my personal experiences has taught me that what counts more is hard work, however, hard work by itself does not mean anything if it is not smart work too.

	 In addition to my secular study, my spiritual perception of the life also supports this notion that that what counts more is hard work, however, hard work by itself does not mean anything if it is not smart work too.

Many people, find it easier to believe that there are people with gifts and more skills by nature and we know that these people use this as an excuse not to work hard and give their best because they will always fall into the thinking error of victimism.
