Verbo haver - There to be (There is / There are) - Presente Simples
THERE TO BE O verbo there to be significa haver. No presente simples este verbo apresenta duas formas:

THE SILVA'S HOUSE 
The Silvas have a very beautiful house in the city of Rio de Janeiro. Their house is near the beach and there are many rooms in the house. There is a big kitchen and a very comfortable living-room. There are five bedrooms. In each bedroom there is a bathroom. There isn't a front yard but there is a backyard and there is a big garage where there are four cars.

TEXT A casa dos Silva 
Os Silvas têm uma casa muito bonita na cidade do Rio de Janeiro. A casa deles fica perto da praia e há muitos quartos na casa. Há uma grande cozinha e uma sala de estar muito confortável. Há cinco quartos. Em cada quarto há um banheiro. Não há um jardim na frente da casa, mas há um quintal e há uma grande garagem onde há quatro carros.
