a) The benefit for this group of people consists of a life annuity determined based on the sum of the values of the Prima Media Component of the Contributory Pillar and the Complementary Individual Savings Component of the Contributory Pillar, as well as the benefit granted in the Solidarity Pillar.
b) The benefit for this group of people consists of a life annuity determined based on the sum of the values of the Prima Media Component of the Contributory Pillar and the Complementary Individual Savings Component of the Contributory Pillar, but not the benefit granted in the Solidarity Pillar.
c) People whose income is less than the legal monthly minimum wage and who make contributions according to their economic capacity through the BEPS Program may also have a life annuity, which will be lower than the legal monthly minimum wage at the time of granting.
d) Affiliates who have contributed up to 149 weeks will be granted a substitute indemnity in the same way as provided for in Article 37 of Law 100 of 1993 for the Prima Media Component and, in the case of having savings in their individual account, the Return of Balances in the Complementary Individual Savings Component will be made in the same way as provided for in Article 66 of Law 100 of 1993.
