According to the given text, which of the following statements is TRUE?

i) People who make contributions to the Individual Savings Component may choose and move freely between managing entities every six months and between the Pension Funds managed by them according to the applicable regulation for the purpose. Within the multi-fund scheme, the rules of allocation defined by the National Government for those affiliates who do not choose the pension fund within the times defined by the respective regulations will apply.

ARTICLE 21. RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE PAYMENT OF CONTRIBUTIONS. The employer will be responsible for making the contribution to the Integral Social Protection System for Old Age. The employer will assume the percentage that corresponds to him/her and will deduct the percentage of the salary charged to the worker at the time of payment.
