What is the objective of the Law of Access to Information (Law n. 12.527/2011)?


a) To establish the minimum requirements for the disclosure of public information and procedures for access by any person, in order to favor social control and improve public management.
b) To regulate the constitutional right of citizens to access public information, in accordance with articles 5, XXXIII, 37, § 3, II, and 216, § 2, of the Federal Constitution.
c) To establish the principles of the public administration and the guidelines for the application of the law.
