What was the Allies' largest fuel dump in Europe and what happened to it during the German offensive?

The Allies' largest fuel dump in Europe was located around Stavelot in eastern Belgium.
During the German offensive, a panzer unit led by Jochem Peiper overran a small fuel dump nearby and forced fifty captured American soldiers to fill his vehicles. He then ordered them killed. A large number of American prisoners were also gunned down, in what became known as the Malmédy Massacre.
