I- Cosmetic products containing substance 416 of Annex II may be sold or transferred to the final consumer until July 1, 1998.
II- Cosmetic products containing lithium and calcium hydroxides in concentrations higher or under different conditions than those established in Annex III, first part, number 15 b and c, may be sold or transferred to the final consumer until July 1, 1998.
III- Cosmetic products that do not comply with the provisions of this Royal Decree may be sold or transferred to the final consumer until December 31, 1997.
