Remove the necessary parts before removing the engine
Place a hydraulic jack or adjustable stand under the engine
Drain the engine oil
Disconnect the negative cable from the battery terminal
Disconnect the spark plug noise suppressor
Remove the transmission propeller wheel
Remove the rear brake rejection spring
Remove the upper front engine fixing screw/nut and the upper engine support screws/nuts and supports
Remove the upper rear engine fixing screw/nut and collars, and the rear engine support screws and support
Loosen and disconnect the engine breather hose from the engine housing
Remove the lower rear engine fixing screw/nut and collar
Remove the engine from the left side of the frame
Install the engine temporarily and tighten the screws and nuts of the engine supports to the specified torque
Install the lower front engine fixing screw/nut
Install the lower rear engine fixing screw/nut and collar
Install the upper rear engine fixing screw/nut and collar
Connect the engine breather hose to the engine housing and tighten the hose clamp
Install the upper front engine fixing screw/nut and the upper engine support screws/nuts and supports
Connect the rear brake rejection spring to the swingarm
Tighten the screws and nuts of the engine supports to the specified torque

Para remover e instalar o motor de uma motocicleta NXR125 BROS KS/ES, siga os seguintes passos: 1. Remova as peças necessárias antes de remover o motor. 2. Remova o motor pelo lado esquerdo do quadro. 13. Instale o motor temporariamente e aperte os parafusos e nuts dos suportes do motor com o torque especificado. 14. Instale o parafuso/nut de fixação inferior do motor dianteiro. 15. Instale o parafuso/nut de fixação inferior do motor traseiro e a arruela. 16. Instale o parafuso/nut de fixação superior do motor traseiro e a arruela. 17. Conecte a mangueira de respiro do motor ao alojamento do motor e aperte a braçadeira da mangueira. 18. Instale o parafuso/nut de fixação superior do motor dianteiro e os parafusos/nuts e suportes superiores do motor. 19. Conecte a mola de rejeição do freio traseiro ao braço oscilante. 20. Aperte os parafusos e nuts dos suportes do motor com o torque especificado. Certifique-se de seguir as especificações e recomendações do fabricante ao realizar esse procedimento.
