The individual heads are made with a high alloy of gray casting and molybdenum.

As características técnicas dos motores BR500 e BR450 são as seguintes: - As cabeças individuais são feitas com uma liga de alta fundição cinzenta e molibdênio. - Os injetores estão localizados na posição ideal, ou seja, verticalmente e no centro da câmara de combustão. - O design ideal só pode ser alcançado com um conceito de múltiplas válvulas. - As válvulas são distribuídas em pares (2 de admissão, 2 de escape) ao redor do injetor. - Existe a necessidade de uma quinta válvula no sistema de estrangulamento constante ou no freio com válvula de descompressão. - Em ambos os casos, essas válvulas estão conectadas ao canal de saída por meio de um orifício exatamente localizado.
