What are the responsibilities seeking the Buen Vivir according to the article 258 of the second section of health of the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador (2008)?

I - Recognition, respect, and promotion of the use of indigenous knowledge, medicines, and instruments.
II - Provide specialized care to priority care groups established in the Constitution.
III - Ensure sexual and reproductive health actions and services and guarantee the comprehensive health and life of women, especially during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum.
IV - Ensure the availability and access to quality, safe, and effective medicines, regulate their commercialization, and promote national production and the use of generic medicines that respond to the epidemiological needs of the population. In access to medicines, public health interests will prevail over economic and commercial interests.
V - Promote the integral development of health personnel.

De acordo com o artigo 258 da segunda seção de saúde da Constituição da República do Equador (2008), as responsabilidades buscando o Buen Vivir são:

I - Reconhecimento, respeito e promoção do uso do conhecimento indígena, medicamentos e instrumentos.
II - Fornecer atendimento especializado aos grupos de atendimento prioritário estabelecidos na Constituição.
III - Garantir ações e serviços de saúde sexual e reprodutiva e garantir a saúde integral e a vida das mulheres, especialmente durante a gravidez, parto e pós-parto.
IV - Garantir a disponibilidade e o acesso a medicamentos de qualidade, seguros e eficazes, regular sua comercialização e promover a produção nacional e o uso de medicamentos genéricos que atendam às necessidades epidemiológicas da população. No acesso a medicamentos, os interesses de saúde pública prevalecerão sobre os interesses econômicos e comerciais.
V - Promover o desenvolvimento integral do pessoal de saúde.
