8.3.10 - The Discursive Test must be handwritten, in LEGIBLE letters, with a black or blue ballpoint pen (of transparent material), and no interference or participation of other people is allowed, except in the case of a candidate who has been granted special assistance to take the tests, according to item 7 of this Notice.
8.3.11 - A zero score will be given to the Discursive Test question that:
8.3.12 - A zero score will be given to the Discursive Test that is signed outside the appropriate place or that presents any writing, sign, mark, or symbol that allows the identification of the candidate.
8.3.13 - The Discursive Test will have an eliminatory and classificatory character, and the candidate who does not reach the minimum of 50% (fifty percent) of the total points, or 30 (thirty) points, or who obtains a zero score in any question of the test, will be eliminated from the Public Contest and considered not qualified in the 2nd Stage.
8.3.14 - The candidate who obtains a score equal to or greater than 50% (fifty percent) of the points of the test, or at least 30 (thirty) points, will be considered qualified in the Discursive Test (2nd Stage of the Contest).
8.3.15 - Any fragment of text that is written outside the appropriate place indicated in the Discursive Test Answer Sheet will be disregarded for evaluation.
8.3.16 - There will be a recourse to the Preliminary Result of this stage, as provided for in item 11 of this Notice.

As regras para o Teste Discursivo neste concurso público são as seguintes: - O teste deve ser escrito à mão, em letras LEGÍVEIS, com caneta esferográfica preta ou azul (de material transparente), e não é permitida nenhuma interferência ou participação de outras pessoas, exceto no caso de um candidato que tenha recebido assistência especial para fazer as provas, de acordo com o item 7 deste Edital. - Será atribuída nota zero à questão do Teste Discursivo que: a) não atender ao tema proposto; b) apresentar texto sob forma não articulada verbalmente (apenas com desenhos, números e palavras soltas ou em versos); c) apresentar qualquer sinal que, de alguma forma, possibilite a identificação do candidato; d) for escrita a lápis, em parte ou na sua totalidade. - O Teste Discursivo terá caráter eliminatório e classificatório, e o candidato que não atingir o mínimo de 50% (cinquenta por cento) dos pontos totais, ou 30 (trinta) pontos, ou que obtiver nota zero em qualquer questão do teste, será eliminado do Concurso Público e considerado não habilitado na 2ª Etapa. - O candidato que obtiver nota igual ou superior a 50% (cinquenta por cento) dos pontos do teste, ou pelo menos 30 (trinta) pontos, será considerado habilitado no Teste Discursivo (2ª Etapa do Concurso). - Qualquer fragmento de texto que for escrito fora do local apropriado indicado na Folha de Resposta do Teste Discursivo será desconsiderado para avaliação. - Haverá recurso ao Resultado Preliminar desta etapa, conforme previsto no item 11 deste Edital.
