III. PROVISIONS FOR CANDIDATES WITH SPECIAL NEEDS.

23. In compliance with Federal Decree No. 3,298 of December 20, 1999, vacancies will be reserved for people with special needs.
24. In the absence of qualified candidates with special needs, the reserved vacancies will be filled by the other candidates, following the order of classification.
25. People with special needs who intend to exercise the prerogatives provided for in item VIII of article 37 of the Federal Constitution are guaranteed the right to register in this Public Tender, provided that the disability they have is compatible with the duties of the position. This compatibility will be assessed through a pre-employment medical examination.
26. People with special needs are considered those who fit into the categories listed in article 4 of Decree 3,298/99.
27. People with special needs, subject to the conditions provided for in Decree 3,298/99, particularly in its article no. 40, will participate in the Public Tender on equal terms with the other candidates, regarding the content of the tests, evaluation and approval criteria, time and place of application of the tests, and the minimum grade required for all other candidates.
