What is the procedure for candidates with special needs to request differentiated treatment during the exam days in the public tender mentioned in the text?

I - The candidate must request differentiated treatment for the exam days at the time of registration, indicating the conditions they need for their realization.
II - The candidate who declares themselves as a person with special needs, if approved and classified in the Public Tender, will have their name published on a separate list and, if they obtain the necessary classification, will also appear on the general classification list.
III - The candidate who declares themselves as a person with special needs, if approved and classified in the Public Tender, will be called to undergo a medical examination promoted by the Official Medical Board, which will verify their qualification as a person with special needs, the degree of disability, and the ability to exercise the respective position.
IV - The candidate mentioned in item 6.7 of this Notice must appear before the Official Medical Board with an original medical report or a certified copy of the report that attests to the type and degree or level of disability, with an express reference to the corresponding CID code, as specified in Decree No. 3,298, of December 20, 1999, published in the Official Gazette of the Union, of December 21, 1999, and amended by Decree No. 5,296, of December 2, 2004, published in the Official Gazette of the Union, of December 3, 2004, as well as the probable cause of the disability, after the consolidated preliminary result.
V - The failure to comply with the provisions of items 6.2 to 6.7 of this Notice or the non-appearance or disapproval in the Official Medical Board will result in the loss of the right to the vacancies reserved for candidates with special needs.
VI - The conclusion of the Official Medical Board referred to in item 6.8 of this Notice, regarding the candidate's incapacity for the adequate exercise of the function, will result in their elimination from the Public Tender.
VII - When the Official Medical Board concludes that the candidate is unfit, if there is an appeal, a expert board will be constituted for a new inspection, in which a professional assistant indicated by the candidate may participate.
VIII - The candidate who is not qualified by the Official Medical Board as a person with special needs, in the terms of article 4 of Federal Decree No. 3,298, of December 20, 1999, amended by Federal Decree No. 5,296, of December 2, 2004, will lose the right to compete for vacancies reserved for candidates in such condition and will compete together with the other candidates.
IX - The candidate who is qualified by the Official Medical Board as a person with special needs, but whose disability is considered, by that same Board, incompatible with the exercise of the duties of the position, will be considered INAPTO and, consequently, eliminated from the Public Tender.
