I - The candidate with disabilities must declare that he/she is aware of the duties of the functions that make up the vacancy code for which he/she intends to register.
II - If there are no approved candidates for the vacancies reserved for people with disabilities, they will be filled by other candidates from the general competition, in order of classification.
III - To compete for reserved vacancies and have special conditions met for taking the tests, the person with disabilities must, in addition to observing the procedures described in item 6.2 and its sub-items of this Notice, proceed as follows: a) inform if he/she is a person with disabilities; b) express interest in competing for vacancies reserved for people with disabilities; c) select the type of disability; d) inform if he/she needs special conditions for taking the tests; e) send a Medical Report in the terms of items 8.5 and 8.5.1 of this Notice.
IV - The Medical Report must be submitted in the original or authenticated copy in a notary and registration service (Notary Public).

Os procedimentos para o registro de pessoas com deficiência em um processo seletivo público são os seguintes: I - O candidato com deficiência deve declarar que está ciente dos deveres das funções que compõem o código de vaga para o qual pretende se inscrever. II - Se não houver candidatos aprovados para as vagas reservadas para pessoas com deficiência, elas serão preenchidas por outros candidatos da competição geral, em ordem de classificação. III - Para concorrer a vagas reservadas e ter condições especiais atendidas para fazer as provas, a pessoa com deficiência deve, além de observar os procedimentos descritos no item 6.2 e seus subitens deste Edital, proceder da seguinte forma: a) informar se é pessoa com deficiência; b) manifestar interesse em concorrer às vagas reservadas para pessoas com deficiência; c) selecionar o tipo de deficiência; d) informar se precisa de condições especiais para fazer as provas; e) enviar um Laudo Médico nos termos dos itens 8.5 e 8.5.1 deste Edital. IV - O Laudo Médico deve ser apresentado em original ou cópia autenticada em serviço de cartório de notas e registro (Cartório).
