8.16.1. Special conditions for taking the test may be requested for both people with disabilities and people who, due to some temporary limitation, have a need.
8.16.2. The candidate may request, at the time of registration or at the time of the request for exemption from the registration fee, special assistance for the day of the test, indicating the conditions he/she needs to take the test.
8.16.2.1. The provision of tests under the special conditions requested by the candidate, considered those that allow the respective exam to be taken, will be conditioned on the candidate's request and specific legislation, and the technical possibility examined by FUNDEP must be observed.
8.16.2.2. FUNDEP will ensure that candidates with disabilities have easy access locations, without architectural barriers and, when necessary, people, equipment, and instruments to assist during the test.
8.16.2.3. The candidate with a disability must request special conditions (reader, LIBRAS interpreter, enlarged test, assistance for transcription, or a more accessible room). If he/she does not do so, whatever the reasons alleged, it is his/her sole responsibility.

Para solicitar condições especiais para fazer a prova, o candidato pode fazer a solicitação no momento da inscrição ou no momento da solicitação de isenção da taxa de inscrição. O candidato deve indicar as condições que precisa para fazer a prova. A FUNDEP irá garantir que os candidatos com deficiência tenham locais de fácil acesso, sem barreiras arquitetônicas e, quando necessário, pessoas, equipamentos e instrumentos para auxiliar durante a prova. O candidato com deficiência deve solicitar condições especiais (leitor, intérprete de LIBRAS, prova ampliada, assistência para transcrição ou sala mais acessível). Se ele não fizer isso, independentemente dos motivos alegados, é de sua responsabilidade. A concessão de provas sob as condições especiais solicitadas pelo candidato será condicionada à solicitação do candidato e à legislação específica, e a possibilidade técnica examinada pela FUNDEP deve ser observada.
