The social inclusion in Brazil is still a much greater challenge than in other countries since, for historical reasons, there is an enormous accumulation of social inequalities regarding the distribution of income, access to education, health, and basic sanitation. These inequalities are rooted in the country's colonial past, which has perpetuated a social structure marked by exclusion and discrimination. Despite the progress made in recent years, Brazil still faces significant challenges in promoting social inclusion and reducing inequality.
