Os instrumentos de avaliação utilizados durante a semana foram: perguntas orais diagnósticas, atividades realizadas em sala de aula, interesse no tema abordado, registro e reflexão sobre as atividades realizadas e o aprendizado adquirido, além de folhas contendo as atividades e o jogo de sílabas. Também foi utilizado o feedback do supervisor escolar.
