What are the conditions that characterize the crime of trafficking in persons according to Law No. 13.344/2016?
I - the crime is committed by a public official in the exercise of his/her functions or under the pretext of exercising them;
II - the crime is committed against a child, adolescent, elderly person or person with disabilities;
III - the agent takes advantage of family, domestic, cohabitation, hospitality, economic dependence, authority or hierarchical superiority inherent in the exercise of employment, position or function; or
IV - the victim of trafficking in persons is taken out of the national territory.
