What was the diagnosis of the patient's tumor?
The patient had a tumor in the anteromedial region of the right arm. The tumor had a fibroelastic consistency and was adhered to deep tissues. The patient did not present functional repercussion in the right upper limb, nor weight loss, fever or other symptomatic manifestations. The histopathological examination revealed the presence of malignant cells with a spindle-shaped appearance of mesenchymal origin, as well as cells undergoing atypical mitoses with numerous nuclei and intense nuclear activity.
