What are the conditions for granting the auxílio-acidente benefit?

I - It will be granted as compensation to the employed insured, except for domestic workers, casual workers, and special insured persons when, after the consolidation of injuries resulting from any type of accident, a definitive sequel results, according to the situations listed in Annex III.
II - It will be granted to the insured retired who returns to activity, according to the provisions of article 93.
III - The monthly accident aid will correspond to fifty percent of the benefit salary that originated the insured's sickness benefit, corrected until the month prior to the start of the accident aid and will be due until the day before the start of any retirement or until the date of the insured's death.
IV - The receipt of a salary or the granting of another benefit, except for retirement, will not prejudice the continuity of receiving the accident aid.
V - The loss of hearing, in any degree, will only entitle the granting of the accident aid when, in addition to the recognition of the nexus between work and the aggravation, it results, demonstrably, in the reduction or loss of the capacity for work that the insured habitually exercised.
