O gerente do setor deverá encaminhar o funcionário sintomático para atendimento pelo médico da UTI para avaliar necessidade de afastamento.
Esse registro deverá ser mantido em arquivo pelo gerente do setor.
Legenda: A = assintomático / S = sintomático = febre (temperatura ≥ 37,5°C), tosse, falta de ar, dor de garganta; diarreia, anosmia (incapacidade de sentir odores) / hiposmia (diminuição do olfato), mialgia (dores musculares, dores no corpo) ou cansaço / fadiga.
