DERIVADAS INTERPRETAÇÃO CINEMÁTICA DE DERIVADAS, DERIVAÇÃO DE FUNÇÕES INVERSAS, DERIVAÇÃO DE FUNÇÕES COMPOSTA. INTERPRETAÇÃO CINEMÁTICA DE DERIVADAS (VELOCIDADE) • Considere um móvel que percorre uma trajetória segundo esquema abaixo: 0 𝑆0 S 𝑡0 t Temos que a velocidade média Vm = 𝑠(𝑡) − 𝑠(𝑡0) 𝑡− 𝑡0 VELOCIDADE INSTANTÂNEA • Velocidade instantânea ou escalar desse móvel é dada por: v(t)= lim 𝑡→𝑡0 𝑉𝑚 = lim 𝑡→𝑡0 𝑠(𝑡) − 𝑠(𝑡0) 𝑡− 𝑡0 = 𝑠′(t) A derivada do espaço percorrido por um móvel em um tempo t representa a velocidade escalar deste móvel no tempo t. v(t) = 𝑑𝑠 𝑑𝑡 Exemplo • Um ponto percorre uma curva obedecendo à equação horária s(t) = 𝑡2 − 𝑡 + 2, no SI. Calcular a velocidade deste ponto no instante t= 2s. V(t) = S’(t) = 2t -1, logo v(2)= 2.2 – 1= 3m/s INTERPRETAÇÃO CINEMÁTICA DE DERIVADAS (ACELERAÇÃO) • Considere um móvel que percorre uma trajetória segundo esquema abaixo: 0 v0 v t0 t Temos que a aceleração média am = 𝑣(𝑡) −𝑣(𝑡0) 𝑡− 𝑡0 ACELERAÇÃO ESCALAR • A aceleração instantânea ou escalar desse móvel é dada por: a(t)= lim 𝑡→𝑡0 𝑎𝑚 = lim 𝑡→𝑡0 𝑣(𝑡) − 𝑣(𝑡0) 𝑡− 𝑡0 = 𝑣′(t) A derivada da velocidade no tempo t representa a aceleração escalar de um móvel neste tempo t. a(t) = 𝑑𝑣 𝑑𝑡 Exemplo • Um móvel em um MRU obedece a função horária da velocidade expressa por v(t) = 20t – 5. Calcular a aceleração deste móvel. a(t) = v’(t) = 20 , logo a aceleração deste móvel é de 20m/𝑠2 Exercício: • Uma partícula executa um movimento periódico obedecendo a função horária s(t) = 4t2- 3cos(t). Determine a aceleração deste partícula no instante t = 0 Solução • Sabemos que v(t) = 𝑑𝑠 𝑑𝑡 e a(t) = 𝑑𝑣 𝑑𝑡 . Observe que a(t)= 𝑑2𝑠 𝑑𝑡2 • Prova: a(t)= 𝑑2𝑠 𝑑𝑡2 = 𝑑( 𝑑𝑠) 𝑑𝑡.𝑑𝑡 = 𝑑(𝑣) 𝑑𝑡 . Portanto a(t) = s’’(t). Na questão temos s(t) = 4t2- 3cos(t), logo: s’(t)= 8t + 3sen(t) e s”(t) = 8 + 3cos(t) , para t=0 , temos a(0)= 8 + 3.1= 11m/𝑠2 DERIVAÇÃO DE FUNÇÕES INVERSAS • Definição: Se y= f(x) é uma função derivável e invertível em um intervalo (a, b), com f’(x) ≠ 0, para todo x ϵ (a, b). Seja x= g(y) = 𝑓−1(x) a inversa de f. Se g é contínua então também é derivável e (𝑓(𝑥)−1)′= 1 𝑓′(𝑥) Exemplo 1 • Dada a função y = 2x – 3, determine a derivada da função inversa desta função. Calculando a inversa de y = 2x – 3: x = 2y -3 → 𝑦−1 = 𝑥+3 2 Derivada da inversa: (𝑦−1)’= 1 2 Aplicando a regra: (𝑦−1)’= 1 𝑦′ = 1 (2𝑥−3)′ = 1 2 Exemplo 2 • Encontre a derivada de y = log𝑎 𝑥, com 0 < a ≠ 1 e x > 0. y = log𝑎 𝑥 → x = 𝑎 𝑦 , então y’ = 1 𝑥′ = 1 (𝑎𝑦)′ = 1 𝑎𝑦.𝑙𝑛𝑎 = 1 𝑥.𝑙𝑛𝑎 y = log𝑎 𝑥 → y’ = 𝑥′ 𝑥.𝑙𝑛𝑎 Exemplo 3 • Encontre a derivada da função y = arcsen(x). y = arcsen(x) → x = seny , então y’= 1 𝑥′ = 1 (𝑠𝑒𝑛𝑦)′ = 1 𝑐𝑜𝑠𝑦 e lembrando que 𝑠𝑒𝑛(𝑦)2 + cos(𝑦)2 = 1 , temos: y’ = 1 𝑐𝑜𝑠𝑦 = 1 1 −𝑠𝑒𝑛(𝑦)2 = 1 1−𝑥2 y = arcsen(x) → y’ = 𝑥′ 1−𝑥2 Exemplo 4 • Determine a derivada das funções y= arccos(x) e y= arctg(x). • y= arccos(x) → y’ = −𝑥′ 1−𝑥2 • y= arctg(x) → x= tgy, então y’= 1 𝑥′ = 1 (𝑡𝑔𝑦)′ = 1 𝑠𝑒𝑐(𝑦)2 e lembrando que 𝑡𝑔(𝑦)2 + 1 = 𝑠𝑒𝑐(𝑦)2 , temos: y= arctg(x) → y’ = 𝑥′ 1+𝑥2 Exercício: Calcule as derivadas das funções abaixo: a) y = log2 𝑥 2 b) y = arcsen(2x) c) y= arctg(𝑒𝑥) Solução a)y’ = (𝑥2)′ 𝑥2.𝑙𝑛2 = 2𝑥 𝑥2.𝑙𝑛2 = 2 𝑥.𝑙𝑛2 b) y’ = (2𝑥)′ 1− 2𝑥 2 = 2 1−4𝑥2 c) y’ = (𝑒𝑥)′ 1+ 𝑒𝑥 2 = 𝑒𝑥 1+𝑒2𝑥 DERIVAÇÃO DE FUNÇÃO COMPOSTA(REGRA DA CADEIA) • Se y = h(u) e u = g(x) são funções deriváveis então a função composta f(x)= h(g(x)) é também derivável e sua derivada é dada por: f ’(x) = h’(g(x)). g’(x) Exemplo • Determine as funções derivada das funções abaixo: a) y = sen(2x+3) b) Y = 𝑒3𝑥 c) y= tg ( 𝑥2 3𝑥 ) Solução: a) y = sen(2x+3) → y’ = cos(2x+3). (2x+3)’= cos(2x+3). 2= 2cos(2x+3) b) Y = 𝑒3𝑥 → y’ = 𝑒3𝑥 . (3x)’ = 3𝑒3𝑥 c) y= tg ( 𝑥2 3𝑥 ) → y’= 𝑠𝑒𝑐2( 𝑥2 3𝑥 ) .
