 Having a motivated team means you have a lot of motivated employees. Not only improves the quality of 
your work, but also increase the output. An employee that is highly motivated, they work not just for 
money, but also for personal growth, they will go the extra mile in creating something that they believe in, 
and which they can creating good product. 
2) Enhance company’s reputation 
 Having a motivated team means your staff feels happy and satisfied, which can enhance company’s 
reputation. A company with good perks and a good reputation is a company that people will want to work 
at and that will makes it easier to recruit the best employees. 
3) Building effective relationship 
 Having a motivated team which is easier to building effective relationships inside and outside of a team. 
They can developing trust and achieving maximum stakeholder delivery. 
4) Reduced absenteeism 
 If you are unmotivated at work, individuals instinctively don’t like to going to work, then you will less likely 
to want to go in your workplace. But having a motivated team, the level of absenteeism will be vastly 
reduce.
