I think it's a batman march on a day of celebration. 
almost, it was just a day that celebrated the bats that live in the city. 
the festival takes place in the city of austin, texas 
they come from mexico about 1.5 million bats. 
I think the festival has a live show with bands, food sales, 
souvenir stalls, and some party-based contests. 
Maybe they don't like it or they're afraid of bats. or they just don't like going to parties.
and I would like to go to this festival, both for curiosity and fun.
