TRATA-SE DE UM GRUPO DE VERBOS AUXILIARES QUE
POSSUEM CARACTERÍSTICAS PRÓPRIAS E NÃO SEGUEM
AS REGRAS COMO OUTROS VERBOS EM INGLÊS.

Normalmente eles
expressam capacidade,
possibilidade, obrigação,
permissão, suposição,
pedido, vontade ou
desejo.
Sempre que são utilizados
em uma sentença, o verbo
seguinte deve vir no
infinitivo, só que sem o
“to”.
