Redness Dehydration Dull skin tone Rosacea-prone skin Reduces stress-induced skin inflammation and redness agascalm™ is an active from the mexican plant Agastache mexicana used in Mexico to treat “frightful and shocking situations”. This project is a coopera- tion between Provital Group and the University of Querétaro (México) to preserve biodiversity and develop- ment of a community of women of this area, always in terms of fair trade. agascalm™ agascalmTM helps to overcome these problems by inhibiting: 1. The release of some of the cytokines responsible for these disorders. 2. The movement of the transcription factor NF-kB to the nucleous, that boosts the inflammatory response. Reduces skin redness Improves vascular tonicity Restores the barrier function for a moisturized skin Enhances the skin radiance and evens skin tone. Cytokines + Chemokines + iNOS... Skin Inflammation NF-kB Skin KeratinocyteMind-Skin Connection The stressful situations we face nowadays in our daily life affect our complexion. 45 volunteers, 30 with psychological stress and 15 with Rosacea-prone skin, between 19 and 62 years old. Active formula (2% agascalm™) on one half of the face and placebo on the other. Two daily applications, 28 days. AgascalmTM also recovers a youthful radiance and a uniform complexion. Fluorescence shows how, in stressed keratinocytes, NF-kB factor migrates to the nucleous. With AgascalmTM it returns to the citoplasm inhibiting the inflammatory response.
