What are the instructions for taking an online test using the Avalia system?
The tests will be available throughout the application period.
The time limit for the test is 1h30min.
If the student closes the test without completing it, it will not be possible to access or continue the test later.
The complete grade will only be available after the correction period.
In case of difficulties or doubts, contact the administrative monitoring through the inbox in your virtual platform.
The system will automatically close at the end of the last day.
The total grade obtained is not automatically available.
Access the 'Avalia - Evaluation System' icon in your student portal.
To start the test, click on the 'Access' button.
After starting the test, you cannot leave the screen until you finish it.
When the time is almost up, a warning will be displayed on the screen.
To answer the objective questions, simply mark the desired option. For the discursive questions, type your answer in the text box.
All answers are automatically saved by the system.
To finish the test, click on the 'Finalize' button located in the lower corner of the last question.
If you have not answered any question, a warning message will appear.
At the end of the test summary, there will be a submission key available. You must enter the code in the indicated field and then click on 'Finalize'.
If your test is closed due to the time limit, you can still view the test summary.
