III - Se houver motivo para temer que a pessoa convocada para o reconhecimento, devido a intimidação ou outra influência, não diga a verdade diante da pessoa a ser reconhecida, a autoridade providenciará para que esta última não veja a primeira. IV - Um registro detalhado do ato de reconhecimento deve ser elaborado, assinado pela autoridade, pela pessoa convocada para realizar o reconhecimento e por duas testemunhas. Portanto, a alternativa correta é a letra c) I, II, III e IV estão corretas.
