Worksheet 24: Changing Your Invalidating Thoughts
Purpose: To identify your invalidating thoughts and practice healthier, more compassionate ways of talking to yourself.
Instructions: Write down as many of your invalidating thoughts as you can over the course of several days. Try to examine them for a larger theme. Then, based on the theme, generate one or more alternative ways to think when you experience these thoughts.
