a) have been approved and classified in the public tender;
b) have Brazilian or Portuguese nationality and, in the case of Portuguese nationality, be covered by the Equality Statute between Brazilians and Portuguese, with recognition of the enjoyment of political rights, in the terms of § 1º, art. 12, of the Federal Constitution of the Federative Republic of Brazil;
c) be at least 18 (eighteen) years old on the date of investment;
d) be up to date with electoral obligations and, in the case of male candidates, also with military obligations;
e) have and prove the requirements required for the exercise of the position on the date of possession, according to subitem 2.2 of this Edital;
f) present good physical and mental health, and not have a physical disability incompatible with the exercise of the position;

Para investir no cargo de Guarda Civil Municipal, os requisitos são: a) Ter sido aprovado e classificado no concurso público; b) Ter nacionalidade brasileira ou portuguesa e, no caso de nacionalidade portuguesa, estar amparado pelo Estatuto de Igualdade entre Brasileiros e Portugueses, com reconhecimento do gozo de direitos políticos, nos termos do § 1º, art. 12, da Constituição Federal da República Federativa do Brasil; c) Ter no mínimo 18 (dezoito) anos completos na data da investidura; d) Estar em dia com as obrigações eleitorais e, no caso de candidatos do sexo masculino, também com as obrigações militares; e) Possuir e comprovar os requisitos exigidos para o exercício do cargo na data da posse, de acordo com o subitem 2.2 deste Edital; f) Apresentar boa saúde física e mental, e não possuir deficiência física incompatível com o exercício do cargo.
