Execute the following exercises:
Breathe out through your mouth and lower your shoulders. Repeat the exercise 10 times.
Sitting, tilt your head to the right and hold for 15 seconds. Repeat the same movement to the left. Do the exercise 3 times on each side.
Sitting, inhale through your nose and lower your neck forward, holding it in this position for 15 seconds. When finished, raise your head and take it back. Repeat the exercise 3 times.
Sitting, slowly turn your head to the right and hold for 15 seconds. Repeat the same movement to the left. Do the exercise 3 times on each side.
Lie face down with your palms resting on the ground, lift your head and begin to stretch your arms, taking your chest off the ground. Stay in this position for 15 seconds and repeat 3 times.
On your knees, try to sit on your calf, then take your arms straight forward until you touch your forehead to the ground. Stay in this position for 15 seconds and repeat 3 times.
