De acordo com a lei 874/2019, as regras referentes à jornada de trabalho são as seguintes: a) A jornada de trabalho deve ser registrada no registro do empregado; b) Para estabelecimentos com mais de 20 funcionários, é obrigatório registrar o horário de entrada e saída, em um registro manual, mecânico ou eletrônico; c) Se o trabalho for realizado fora do estabelecimento, o horário do empregado será registrado em um registro manual, mecânico ou eletrônico em sua posse; d) É permitido o uso do registro de ponto por exceção à jornada regular de trabalho, mediante acordo escrito individual, convenção coletiva ou acordo coletivo de trabalho. Quanto às afirmações apresentadas, temos: I - A lei permite a prorrogação da jornada diária de trabalho em casos excepcionais.
