A study was conducted to analyze the feasibility of implementing a rainwater harvesting system in a building located in the city of Barreiras, Bahia. The study considered the average rainfall in the region, the area of the building's roof, and the water demand of the building's occupants. Based on this analysis, it was concluded that the implementation of the system is viable, but it is necessary to consider the possibility of external demand in months when the collection does not meet the demand. Finally, considering such an analysis, a good, more efficient and effective system can be projected.
