Regarding the license granted to the server, the Statute of Civil Servants of the State of Bahia (Law No. 6,677/94) provides that the license:


A) due to the absence of the spouse may be granted to accompany the spouse or partner, a state employee, who is relocated to another point in the State or the country, abroad, or to exercise an elective mandate of the Executive and Legislative Powers, and will be with remuneration;
B) to perform mandatory military service, in the form and conditions provided for in specific legislation, will be with full remuneration, and, after completing mandatory military service, the server will have up to fifteen days to resume the exercise of the position;
C) due to illness in a family member will be granted with full remuneration for up to three months, with two-thirds of the remuneration when it exceeds three and does not exceed six months, and with one-third of the remuneration when it exceeds six and does not exceed twelve months;
D) the attendance prize will consist of one month for every three years of effective and uninterrupted exercise, without prejudice to remuneration, and effective exercise is considered the service time provided by the server in any administrative sphere, provided that under the statutory regime;
E) to deal with personal interests will be granted, at the discretion of the administration, for a period of two consecutive years, without remuneration, renewable at the request of the interested party, according to the discretion of the Administration, for successive periods.
