Regarding the composition of the Court of Justice of the State of Bahia, its Internal Regulation provides that there are:


A) a Civil Section and a Criminal Section, five Civil Chambers (two of Public Law and three of Private Law), and five Criminal Chambers;
B) ten Chambers, each operating with three Panels, numbered ordinally, with three Judges each;
C) a Section for Public Law and a Section for Private Law, each with five Chambers, and a Criminal Section with five Chambers;
D) a Civil Section and a Criminal Section, each with five Chambers, and a Special Section for Appeals with three Chambers;
E) a Section for Public Law and a Section for Private Law, each with five Chambers, and a Criminal Section with five Chambers, and a Special Section for Appeals with three Chambers.
