I - The Court is divided into two panels, the 1st and the 2nd.
II - The 1st panel is chaired by the President of the Court and the 2nd panel by the Vice-President, with a minimum of 3 (three) judges present to convene the session.
III - The composition of the panels will take into account the seniority list, respecting the preference, as established in item XXVII of article 24 of this Regulation, so that the first panel will be composed of the most senior judges and the second of the most modern, except as provided in paragraphs 1 and 3 of this article.
IV - At the request of the interested judges, the Full Court may grant the transfer of members between the panels, by exchange. When transferring to another fractional body or office, the judge will take over the respective processes and receive in the new position an identical or greater number of processes from the previous unit.
V - In case of absence, for any reason, of a member of the Court, the one who is summoned, appointed, or promoted to the respective vacancy will integrate the panel in which the absent judge was or occupy the vacancy resulting from removal or exchange.
VI - On the occasion of the election of the Court's leaders, the Plenary will make the necessary adjustments in the composition of the panels, observing the rule of paragraph 2 of this article.

De acordo com o Regimento Interno do TRT-AL 19ª Região, a composição das turmas do Tribunal é a seguinte: I - O Tribunal é dividido em duas turmas, a 1ª e a 2ª. II - A 1ª turma é presidida pelo Presidente do Tribunal e a 2ª turma pelo Vice-Presidente, sendo necessário um mínimo de 3 (três) juízes presentes para a realização da sessão. III - A composição das turmas levará em consideração a lista de antiguidade, respeitando a preferência, conforme estabelecido no item XXVII do artigo 24 deste Regimento, de forma que a primeira turma será composta pelos juízes mais antigos e a segunda pelos mais modernos, exceto nos casos previstos nos parágrafos 1º e 3º deste artigo. IV - A pedido dos juízes interessados, o Pleno do Tribunal poderá conceder a transferência de membros entre as turmas, por permuta. Ao ser transferido para outro órgão fracionário ou cargo, o juiz assumirá os respectivos processos e receberá na nova função um número igual ou maior de processos da unidade anterior. V - Em caso de ausência, por qualquer motivo, de um membro do Tribunal, aquele que for convocado, nomeado ou promovido para a respectiva vaga integrará a turma em que o juiz ausente estava ou ocupará a vaga resultante de remoção ou permuta. VI - Por ocasião da eleição dos dirigentes do Tribunal, o Pleno fará os ajustes necessários na composição das turmas, observando a regra do parágrafo 2º deste artigo.
