7.1.1 - Lactating candidates have the right to participate in the contest under the criteria and conditions established by the Federal Constitution, the Statute of the Child and Adolescent, and Federal Law No. 10.048/2000.
7.1.2 - In the Electronic Registration Form, the lactating candidate must indicate this option and inform the number of infants and their date of birth for the necessary arrangements.
7.1.3 - The lactating candidate who needs to breastfeed her child, in addition to requesting differentiated care, must present the child's birth certificate to the exam supervisor and bring a companion who will be responsible for the child while the candidate is taking the exam.
7.1.4 - The lactating candidate who receives differentiated care for breastfeeding during the exam will be entitled to a break of up to 30 (thirty) minutes per child every 02 (two) hours for breastfeeding.
7.1.5 - The time spent breastfeeding will be compensated during the exam in an equal period, according to items 7.1.3 and 7.1.4.
7.1.6 - If the candidate attends the exam location without a birth certificate, breastfeeding will be allowed, but the candidate must sign a responsibility term for the child.
7.1.7 - The child must be accompanied by only one adult over 18 (eighteen) years old responsible for their care (family member or third party indicated by the candidate), and the temporary stay of this adult in a suitable place will be authorized by the coordination of the exam.
7.1.8 - The candidate, during the breastfeeding period, will be accompanied by a 'supervisor' designated by the exam application coordination, without the presence of the person responsible for the child's care, who will ensure that their conduct is in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Notice.
7.1.9 - The Selecon Institute will not provide an accompanying person to care for the child, and the candidate in this condition, if not accompanied, will not be able to take the exam.

Os procedimentos para candidatas lactantes realizarem o exame são os seguintes: - Na ficha de inscrição eletrônica, a candidata lactante deve indicar essa opção e informar o número de bebês e suas datas de nascimento para providências necessárias. - A candidata lactante que precisa amamentar seu filho, além de solicitar atendimento diferenciado, deve apresentar a certidão de nascimento da criança ao supervisor do exame e trazer um acompanhante que será responsável pela criança enquanto a candidata realiza o exame. - A candidata lactante que recebe atendimento diferenciado para amamentação durante o exame terá direito a uma pausa de até 30 (trinta) minutos por criança a cada 02 (duas) horas para amamentação. - O tempo gasto com a amamentação será compensado durante o exame em um período igual, de acordo com os itens 7.1.3 e 7.1.4. - Se a candidata comparecer ao local do exame sem a certidão de nascimento, a amamentação será permitida, mas a candidata deverá assinar um termo de responsabilidade pela criança. - A criança deve ser acompanhada por apenas um adulto responsável por sua guarda (membro da família ou terceiro indicado pela candidata), e a estadia temporária desse adulto em um local adequado será autorizada pela coordenação do exame. - A candidata, durante o período de amamentação, será acompanhada por um "supervisor" designado pela coordenação do exame, sem a presença da pessoa responsável pelo cuidado da criança, que garantirá que sua conduta esteja de acordo com os termos e condições deste Edital. - O Instituto Selecon não fornecerá uma pessoa acompanhante para cuidar da criança, e a candidata nessa condição, se não acompanhada, não poderá realizar o exame.
