8.16.9. The lactating candidate who needs to breastfeed during the exam may do so, provided that they request it, according to the provisions of subitem 8.16.9.1 of this Edital.
8.16.9.1. The request must be made during the registration period, in the registration or exemption form, and the item 'Lactating - breastfeeding room' must be checked.
8.16.9.2. The candidate who does not make the request within the deadline established in subitem 8.16.2 of this Edital, for any reason, may not have the request met due to issues of non-compliance with the physical facilities of the exam location; such evaluation will be carried out by the local Coordination of the Exam on the day of the exam.
8.16.9.3. In the event of non-compliance with the deadline stipulated in subitem 8.16.2 of this Edital, the request for the requested conditions will be subject to analysis of feasibility and reasonableness by FUNDEP.
8.16.9.4. There will be compensation for breastfeeding time in favor of the candidate for a maximum of 30 (thirty) minutes.

Os procedimentos para candidatas lactantes que precisam amamentar durante o exame são os seguintes: - A candidata lactante que precisa amamentar durante o exame pode fazê-lo, desde que solicite, de acordo com as disposições do subitem 8.16.9.1 deste Edital. - A solicitação deve ser feita durante o período de inscrição, no formulário de inscrição ou isenção, e o item "Lactante - sala de amamentação" deve ser marcado. - A candidata que não fizer a solicitação dentro do prazo estabelecido no subitem 8.16.2 deste Edital, por qualquer motivo, pode não ter a solicitação atendida devido a questões de não conformidade com as instalações físicas do local do exame; tal avaliação será realizada pela Coordenação Local do Exame no dia do exame. - Em caso de não cumprimento do prazo estipulado no subitem 8.16.2 deste Edital, a solicitação das condições solicitadas estará sujeita à análise de viabilidade e razoabilidade pela FUNDEP. - Haverá compensação pelo tempo de amamentação em favor da candidata por um máximo de 30 (trinta) minutos.
