Gowin (1981) presents an education theory in which a model of humanistic connotations is used, in the context of the classroom, for knowledge to occur in a dependent manner on a triadic relationship between teacher, educational materials, and student, whose product is to share meanings. From this second model, we can consider that:

I - Teaching requires reciprocity of responsibilities; meaningful learning is a responsibility of the student that cannot be shared by the teacher.
II - To learn meaningfully, the student must show a willingness to relate, in an arbitrary and literal way, to their cognitive structure, the meanings they capture from potentially meaningful educational materials.
III - If the student shows a willingness for meaningful learning, they intentionally act to capture the meaning from the materials.
IV - The student is responsible for verifying if the meaning they captured is the one the teacher intended them to capture.
a) Apenas as asserções III e IV estão corretas.
b) Apenas as asserções I e III estão corretas.
c) Todas as asserções estão corretas.
d) Apenas as asserções II e III estão corretas.
e) A resposta correta não está entre as alternativas fornecidas.
